Let’s Get Ready to Royal Rumble!

Arrives November 2nd!

Are you a brawler suffering from LACK OF HOLOBUX? Do you lie awake at night, wondering how you’ll support your brawler family and pay your brawler mortgage? Well, fear not! Starting tomorrow, you’ll be able to brawl your way to Holo-thousandaire, in KO Royale!

And! You can do it for FREE starting tomorrow with your PlayStation®Plus membership! That’s right! For one easy payment of nothing (along with a PlayStation®Plus membership), you’ll get the FULL Knockout City! Not found in stores. (Seriously….There’s no physical copy).

Playlists

I asked our Game Director, Jeremy, why we bothered scheduling any daily playlists at all, given that we are giving away Holobux when you complete Royale Rumble contracts, but he just looked down at me from lighting his cigar with a stack of Holobux, and waved me away. Anyway, here are your other playlists for this week, in case you want some options, or get tired of winning money.

Crew Contracts

This week in Crew Contracts, I’d like to talk to the manager, please. Who decided to call the Epic Crew Banner rewarded for completing two Contracts “Free As a Bird” when it could have been Free Bird? My week is ruined and I am upset, despite the fact that it’s a gorgeous banner. I’m going to equip it in protest while I grind my way to four contracts, just so I can have Uncommon Crew Vehicle: Fading Diamonds to help me get over this.

New Bundle

Score the Light Speed bundle with your new stacks of Holobux. Heck, buy two*, they’re over half off at only 2400 Holobux! That’s like getting two for the price of one! This bundle comes with some really killer items, like the Legendary Ultimate Hologram: Throwing Shapes, Epic Outfit: HoloNet Avatar, Legendary Hairstyle: Binary Buns, Epic Glasses: Wire Frames, Legendary Crew Vehicle: Speed of Light Bike and Epic Glider: Wire Frame Flier. You’ll be looking like you just stepped out of a dystopian future, where people settle their beef by speeding around on Light Bike Crew Vehicles, and engaging in neo-futuristic dodgebrawl battles. Oh, wait, that’s exactly what this is.

In regards to the Legendary Hairstyle: Binary Buns, however, I have one question: how do the hover-buns manage to stay on your head while you cruise around on your Legendary Crew Vehicle: Speed of Light Bike?

PlayStation® Plus

Tell your friends, your coworkers, your dog walker, your grandma and your boss to fire up their PlayStation tomorrow, November 2nd, and head on over to the “Free Games With PS+” tab, where they’ll find a bright, shiny copy of Knockout City! This deal is good all month long, so don’t miss it!

Next Gen Upgrades

This is a busy week! Also starting tomorrow, November 2nd, you’ll be able to brawl through a brand new version of Knockout City on Xbox Series X|S and PS5™, created especially for Next-Gen consoles! This enhanced version features upgraded performance and graphics, high fidelity textures, additional lighting and dynamic shadows, all of which elevates your experience to the next level. All this extra value is free, if you’ve been playing Knockout City on a Next-Gen console—just download the upgrade and pick right back up where you left off.

Play of the Week

With a clip like this, you need a walk-on song to accompany your greatness. Thanks to Xzackly7 in our Discord for sharing!

Fanart

Not all fanart is drawings and cosplay. Some of the best fanart is when you’re inspired by a book, a movie, or, in this case, a really phenomenal game, that motivates you to create something in the same vein, but make it your own. That’s what Nicky did with this class project, where he used Blender and Unreal 5 to create this work of art.

That’s Brawl, Folks!

Have a good week, everyone! May your KOs land, may you complete all your Crew Contracts, and win all your games!

*You can’t actually buy two.
